Staff SLP – Speech-Language Pathologist (Pediatrics) — Leadership Pathway
Join us if you’re an experienced SLP who likes working with a supportive team and sharing clinical ideas. We provide training, protected collaboration time, and tools to run an efficient caseload. Clinicians who demonstrate clinical excellence, dependable documentation, and positive team leadership can step into Lead SLP duties that include mentorship, onboarding support, and helping shape programs. For the right long-term match, we may consider a partnership opportunity.
What you’ll do
- Complete pediatric speech and language evaluations and provide evidence-based therapy
- Write and update individualized treatment plans; track progress and document on time
- Coach families for home carryover
- Collaborate with teammates on scheduling, programs, and clinic initiatives
- Optional leadership track: help onboard and mentor clinicians and interns
What you bring
- Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology; California SLPAB license in good standing
- 3+ years pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
- Interest in mentorship and professional growth
Schedule
- Full-time, on site, Monday to Friday adjustable within 8:00 am to 7:00 pm clinic hours
Compensation
- Competitive base salary typically $92,000–$133,000
- Performance Bonuses; Profit Sharing Program after 1 year.
